Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs/Spices Salsa Mix or Salsa Dip (Gluten Free and No MSG) is one of these mixes that you can do so much with it. This one has an unbelievable flavor but is really very spicy. People just can’t get enough of this one. Let me tell you, one bag will not do you. People will be thinking you've been making salsa for hours instead of a few minutes. Plus you add this mix to whipped creamed cheese it a great dip but also wonderful for a breakfast on a bagel or English muffin. When making the salsa if this is too spicy for you add one more can of Rotel tomatoes. The other thing you can do is just a part of a bag of the salsa mix. I really would just try a half of a bag first to see if this too spicy for you.

The last festival I did at Crane Creek Vineyard in Young Harris I made the Salsa Pork as part of my hot bar I do for samples. What a hit it was and I sold out of my salsa mix. Sure wish I had known, I would have brought more of it. There sure were a lot of spicy people there on that day. A person just never knows. Next time I’ll be better prepared.
