MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS - MAMA'S CHILI MIX.

During my first show I personally provided samples of Mama’s Chili.  Everyone loved Mama's Chili. The flavor is wonderful and spicy but it's not too spicy. Many people who tasted Mountain Mama's Chili said "It's the BEST chili I ever had!"  Mountain Mama’s Organic Chili Mix was one of my best sellers at the show. I think it will be fun to enter Mountain Mama's Organic Chili in a chili contest.  If you prefer a less spicy chili use only half a bag of Mountain Mama's Organic Herbs- Chili Mix.       

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, cook beef or turkey over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add your tomatoes and the packet of Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs -Chili Mix and mix well. Let cook for 10 minutes then add your beans. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.

Ingredients: minced onion, chili powder, cayenne powder, cumin powder, minced garlic, sea salt, onion powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper and oregano
