Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs/Spices Chili Mix (Gluten Free and No MSG) is a real winner. Everyone loves Mama’s chili because it has everything you have been looking for in a chili. The flavor is wonderful and spicy but not too spicy. Best thing is, you can say you made it. If you have any chili left, put it over yellow rice. Quick appetizer- In 8 x 8 glass dish, spreads 8 ounce softened creamed cheese over the bottom of dish. Then take hot chili and put over the cream cheese. Then sprinkle 4-6 ounces of sharp shredded cheese over the chili. Place in microwave just until sharp cheese is melted. Use “Tostito” tortilla scoop chips for the dip.
