Ingredients:
1 PACKAGE MEDIUM SEASHELL PASTA
1 10 OUNCE PACKAGE FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH, THAWED
2 EGGS
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
1 bag of MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC SPAGHETTI SAUCE MIX- 26 ounces will be used to make this dish (ingredients needed listed below)
1 TSP OF Mountain Mama’s organic-BASIL
1 (8 OUNCE PACKAGE) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 (8 OUNCE PACKAGE) SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Mountain Mama Spaghetti sauce calls for; 15 ounce can tomato sauce, 6 ounce can tomato paste, Mountain Mama's bag of spaghetti sauce mix, plus 2 3/4 cups of tomato juice. Instruction how to make spaghetti sauce inside label. Take only 20 minutes to make this.
Instructions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGRESS.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes and then drain. Bring ½ cup water to a boil in a sauce pan and cook the spinach 4 to 6 minutes until tender.
Place the cooked pasta in a medium bowl. In small bowl, whisk together eggs, oil and basil. Toss the pasta with the cooked spinach, egg mixture and bread crumbs.
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 1/3 of spaghetti sauce. Pour half of the pasta mixture into the baking dish, and cover with another 1/3 of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Layer with remaining pasta mixture, and then top with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Side Dish Mountain Mama's Sweet and Sour Slaw and garlic sticks would be great with this.
