Ingredients:
1-2/3CUP FLOUR
1-1/2TSP SUGAR
1/2TSP SALT
1 TSP DRY ACTIVE YEAST
6T LUKEWARM WATER
1/2CUP ROOM TEMP MILK
2T OIL
Instructions:
WITH STEEL BLADES PLACE FLOUR, SUGAR AND SALT IN PROCESSOR BOWL. PROCESS UNTIL COMBINED. DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER, AND THEN ADD TO FLOUR WITH MILK. MIX MONENTARY UNTIL PROCESSED 2 OR 3 SECONDS OR UNTIL BALL FORMS. REMOVE BALL AND DIVIDE INTO SEVERAL PIECES. RETURN TO BOWL TO PROCESS ONE MORE TIME. REMOVE BALL AND PUT INTO GREASED BOWL, PLACE TEA TOWEL OVER BOWL AND SET IN WARM DRAFT FREE PLACE. LET RISE 2 HOURS OR DOUBLE IN SIZE. PAT YOUR DOUGH TO FIT COOKIE SHEET. THE COOKIE SHEET NEEDS TO BE THE ONES THAT HAVE AN EDGE AROUND IT. ADD MOUNTAIN MAMA'S ORGANIC PIZZA SAUCE, CHEESE AND THEN YOUR FAVOR TOPPINGS. BAKE 450 DEGREES FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES. LIFT UP EDGE TO SEE IF PIZZA DOUGH IS LIGHTLY BROWN IN THE MIDDLE. IF NOT, COOK FOR A LITTLE LONGER.
