Ingredients:
Frozen 9-inch deep-dish pie crust or use your own pastry
3 eggs, beaten
1 can crabmeat, drained and flaked (6 ounce) have used small frozen shrimp (chop to equal 6 ounce)
1 small can fried onion rings, crushed (2.8 ounce can)
1 small carton sour cream (8 ounce)
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 ounce)
1 bag of Mountain Mama's -Sesame Cheese Dip Mix
2 teaspoons of Mountain Mama's- Shrimp & Scallops Rub
2 Tablespoon of Parmesan grated cheese


























Instructions:
Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes; remove from oven and prick with a fork again. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into pastry shell; bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: one 9-inch quiche.
