MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS- BLACKENED RUB.
For those of you who have been asking for a Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs- Blackened Rub. Here you go. For me just a little organic blacken rub is more my style. That what’s nice about rubs, you can put as little or as much as you like. Remember organic herbs are very flavorful. They are not like regular herbs.
Make sure the meat, poultry or fish is at room temperature and dry. Thin cuts do not work well. Dip the meat, poultry or fish into the melted butter and apply an even amount of Mountain Mama’s Organic Rub to each side. Place on grill and check for a nice dark crust before turning. Turn the meat and repeat until the desired doneness.
Ingredients: white pepper, black pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder and thyme
