MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS/SPICES- BLACKENED RUB.

Mountain Mama’s Organic Herb/Spices Blackened Rub (Gluten Free and No MSG) is for the very brave. This is one very hot rub. Try chicken wings, they are out of this world with my Organic Blackened Rub (Gluten Free and No MSG). This rub will go a long way. Very hot and spicy and for a dip on your chicken wings, try my ranch dip. What a great combo.

Recipe to try- Cut four chicken breasts into strips. Take 1 cup of self rising flour and add 1 Tablespoon of Mountain Mama’s Organic Blacken Rub to a zip lock bag and shake well. Place chicken strips in bag and shake well. Then take two egg and two tablespoons of water beat well in a bowl. Dip your chicken strips in the egg mixture then back in flour mixture. Fry them in a mini fryer or in frying pan. Cook it fast on medium high heat. Cook three or four minutes on each side, depending on how thick your strips are. Very crispy and really good with ranch dip. This same recipe is great to do with onions for onion rings.
