Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs/Spices Cajun Creole (Gluten Free and No MSG) has a real Louisiana Cajun flare. You’ll find this is wonderful on all meats, seafood and vegetables. A spicy rub but not a real hot one. Take 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and place Mountain Mama’s Organic Cajun Creole Rub in the olive oil and then rub into your meat or seafood. If putting on veggies use a basting brush. This Cajun Creole is great in your Lobster and Shrimp boils also.
