Don’t let the word “Cajun” pull you away from trying this rub. This rub is very flavorful and after cooking the pork or chicken it has a really light sweet flavor. The meat was very tender. You won’t be sorry to give this one a try.
Cajun Pork Roast Rub Rub organic herbs over surface of pork. Cook until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Ingredients: paprika, garlic, oregano, thyme, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
