MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS- HERB RUB.

This Herb Rub turned out better than I could even ask for. Great on chicken but let me tell you about the sisters’ at the cabin community. They did a turkey on their new grill, and all I can say is “WOW"! What flavors and the meat almost melted in my mouth. There is plenty of this rub for a turkey. This rub is also really good on fish. If you are going to use this on fish I would replace the olive oil to be butter or lemon juice. 

Great for Fish, Poultry or Pork   Lightly brush fish, poultry or pork with olive oil and sprinkle spices all over and then rub herbs into the meat or fish. Is it turkey time? Try this it’s great.  

Ingredients: thyme, oregano, poultry seasoning, rosemary, marjoram, basil, parsley, sea salt and pepper.
