If you have been looking for a rub for lamb, this rub is for you. Try lamb burgers or lamb shish kebabs. This rub is also good on beef, bison and chicken. If doing kebabs, let refrigerate up to 4 hours. You won’t be sorry. It’s yummy and enough rub for 2 lbs of meat.
Moroccan Rub: Rub onto the meat or poultry and let stand 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling. Enough rub for 2 pounds of beef , lamb burgers, beef or lamb shish kebabs, or 2 ½ pounds of chicken parts.
Ingredients: paprika, sea salt, sugar, pepper, ginger, cardamom, cumin, fenugreek, cloves, cinnamon, allspice and cayenne.
