MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS- ROAST RUB.

This Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs- Roast Rub brings beef or pork to life. The roast rub is great to use for the rotisserie.  This roast will melt in your mouth. A lot of people over cook a roast. Don’t forget when taking your roast off the grill and you are letting it rest for 10-15 minutes it is still cooking just a little bit. This is not a spicy rub what so ever. This organic rub is a great mix of herbs. You’ll want more of this one.

There is enough of Mountain Mama's Organic Herbs- Roast Rub for 3-4 pound roast. First rub the olive oil all over the roast and then the organic herbs. Let this roast sit over night in the refrigerator. Don't forget a roast is so much better if you let them rest about 10-15 minutes before serving.
