MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS- SALMON RUB.
Mountain Mama’s Organic Herbs- Salmon Rub has an ever so slight spicy sweet flavor that is a nice compliment to the salmon. This would be great with wild rice (add some almond sliver) and a nice spinach salad.
Coat both sides of salmon with Mountain Mama's Organic Herbs- Salmon Rub and place in zip lock bag for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Spread some olive oil over the salmon fillets and then leave out for 15 minutes. Place salmon on the grill flesh side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook until done. To test-- the center of the salmon should flake easy.
Ingredients: sugar, chili powder, pepper, cumin, paprika, dry mustard, cinnamon and sea salt.
