MOUNTAIN MAMA’S ORGANIC HERBS- SALMON RUB.

Mountain Mama’s Organic Herb/Spice Salmon Rub (Gluten Free and No MSG) is real spicy but also has a sweet flavor that complements salmon. This salmon is great grilled. Then also grill veggie combo of summer squash, mushrooms and red onion tossed with a little olive oil. This will really cook fast. Place in a veggie basket or on foil and the cooking time will be about 3 or 4 minutes on the grill then stir and then about 2 more minutes and they will be done. Then put Mountain Mama’s Provence Herb Sea Salt that is in a grinder then toss before serving.

Try this dish. Cook pasta per directions. Grill salmon while the pasta is cooking. Once pasta is cooked add chopped fresh spinach to pasta. The hot pasta will cook the spinach. Then add enough olive oil that all is coated well. Add one half teaspoon of Mountain Mama’s Organic garlic powder (Gluten Free and No MSG) to the pasta mix and again mix well. Cut salmon into strips and lay on top of pasta dish. Take some feta cheese and put over pasta and salmon. Add a bread of your choice and you have a great meal.
